Ever have repeated feelings of terror when it seems as though something horrible is happening or about to happen? Today panic attacks can affect a lot of people and this is due to different reasons. They seem to be more common in younger adults 18-35, but there is no age limit on who can have one of these attacks. A panic attack is a period of time when a person feels overwhelming terror, but there is no discernible reason.
