The bottom line is that your brain is much more than an organ which just happens to be there-- it is a significant, contributing factor in the total quality of your life. Another misconception which many people have about the brain is that it is something over which they have no control. This misconception leads many people to ignore the power that their brain has, and also the ability which they themselves have to influence it. The result is a matter of shorting oneself of the potential contained in the brain-- and all of the wonderful benefits which are available from tapping into that potential.
