So You Told your tale to your Physician. PDF Print E-mail

Thus You Told your tale to your Physician.

A lot of of us, who sporadically go to the doctor for medical treatment, have had the experience of apprising the general practitioner of facts which, we believe, have either calmed, aggravated or caused our medical state. This, usually, brings, about, no reaction from the doctor other than a nod and a blank gaze which comes over his eyes signifying his indifference to the info being conveyed to him by an undereducated half-baked simplistic amateur.

Is It His Imperfection That He Didn't Pay attention to your account?

This is not the doctors' deficiency; they have been trained to take into account only accepted logically verified facts. Subjective descriptions of the outcome of actions, no matter how regularly or how, dependably, repetitive, are not considered technical data in the eyes of the health profession. While the medical profession may well admit that anecdotes (stories) of medical dangers and cures might have been indispensable to humanity at a point when medical technology was more primitive than it is these days, they currently believe that medical science has developed as a means that is considerably superior to any benefits consequent from anecdotal medical experiences. Regrettably, this belief stands as a firewall hostile to the accumulation of the medical data reflected in the firsthand knowledge of medical patients.

So What's the Difference?

The effect of this point of view forms the foundation of a vacuum in the area of medical knowledge, which may well hold countless facts of precious medical treatments. Medical treatments that are openly within the grasp of our culture but are utterly disregarded to the point that they have become unfamiliar to the practicing medical professional. There has to be an end to this.

What Causes This Problem?

The truth remains that over the centuries, a variety of incidents have occurred which have either calmed, irritated or caused a number of medical conditions. Some of the incidents or events which have affected the medically disadvantaged have been called witchcraft, old wives tales, or just "illogical".

It is not claimed here that the medical profession has created the general doubt in alternate or subjective systems of care or diagnosis. But, it would appear that the medical profession as well as the general public have subscribed to that distrust.

The only authentic believers in different medical treatments, it turns out, are the people who have experienced the procedures that have effected the medical conditions of their own, or persons dear to them.

What's the Resolution?

In my view it is time to attempt to assemble anecdotal facts of those events that have an effect on some of the prevalent and chief health conditions. I have, at this time, fashioned a plan that makes up a opening step in that endeavor.

The goal of the idea is to make available the opening for persons who have one of the above enumerated medical conditions, to make known, to all that are interested, every experience which comforted, irritated or caused the state.

Who Benefits?

I have also provided a mechanism for the populace, or the medical profession to explore the idea for info written concerning any of these medical situations.

It will be mutually beneficial and remarkable to perceive the rate of recurrence of actions that affect each one of the medical conditions.

The outcome of our analysis will, at the end of the day, be steered to the medical profession in order to promote their scrutiny.

What Can You Do?

If you have a medical condition involving allergies, ankylosing spondylitis, anxiety attacks, arthritis or rheumatism, back or neck pain, difficulty in walking, digestion problems, headaches, heart and/or chest pain, or lungs, which has been comforted or irritated, temporarily or lastingly, by any incident or cure, it follows that you are absolutely the individual that we are looking for. If you are that human being then please reveal the facts related to that event or tonic, so that others may benefit from that info.

What Consequence Will That Have?

It is our objective to gather, communicate and from time to time flood the medical profession with the subjective information accrued here.

The general public also has gratis right of entry to this information.

Information found as a result of the plan will immediately be supplied to the public so that they can be able to observe particular unconfirmed medical actions happening to others. Observation of these events can induce members of the community to have additional discussions during consultation with their general practitioner).
